Look around the corners

We think the best way to a city or a neighborhood like best is to discover by just go wander around and see what comes your way. But because you may still have a few days here some tips from us.

Stay away from sudden restaurants

In the entire neighborhood around the apartment you have restaurants, specially in the Monti neighborhood across the street. But please stay away from the restaurants along major roads such as Via Cavour where the waiters try to talk you in. Stay away, tourist traps. Go and have a look in hidden corner of the piazza’s and in the little alleys. Look where the locals eat.

Monti neighborhood

Across the street from the apartment you find the Monti neighborhood, one of the trendiest neighborhoods of the moment. Take a look at the Piazza Madonna dei Monti, with the fountain in the middle. The vibrant heart of Monti, especially in the evenings. Stroll on through the cobblestone streets and you will find designer shops, boutiques and second-hand shops. Definitely go to Via Urbana and  Via del Boschetto.
